      Abstract
      Pemeliharaan mesin menjadi aspek yang sangat penting dalam Departemen Produksi Canpet di PT Amerta Indah Otsuka. Dalam upaya meningkatkan operasional dalam melakukan monitoring progres dan pelaporan kegiatan pemeliharaan mesin maka dibuatlah fitur baru yaitu fitur dashboard dan report. Pembuatan fitur ini diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan metode Scrum. Tahapan pada metode Scrum terdiri dari product backlog, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, dan sprint retrospective. Pada pembuatan fitur ini terdapat tujuh product backlog yang terbagi menjadi tiga sprint dalam proses pengerjaanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu merancang, membuat, dan menguji fitur untuk melakukan monitoring progres kegiatan pemeliharaan mesin dan membuat laporan kegiatan pemeliharaan mesin. Hasil dari perancangan dan pembuatan fitur menggunakan metode Scrum yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa fitur dashboard dan report sudah berhasil dibuat dan berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Pengujian black-box juga telah dilakukan dengan presentase keberhasilan pengujian 100%.
       
      Machine maintenance is a very important aspect in the Canpet Production Department at PT Amerta Indah Otsuka. In an effort to improve operations in monitoring the progress and reporting of machine maintenance activities, new features were created, namely the dashboard and report features. This feature creation was implemented using the Scrum method. The stages in the Scrum method consist of product backlog, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. In making this feature, there are seven product backlogs which are divided into three sprints in the work process. The aim of this research is to create a feature that allows users to monitor the progress of machine maintenance activities and create reports machine maintenance activities. The results of designing and creating features using the Scrum method that have been carried out show that the dashboard and report features have been successfully created and are running as expected. Black-box testing has also been carried out and the test success percentage is 100%.
