      Abstract
      Koperasi Pemasaran Mitra Jaya Mandiri adalah sebuah organisasi koperasi yang terdiri dari anggota peternak susu dalam wilayah lokal. Salah satu kelompok yang berada di koperasi tersebut adalah kelompok Rizky Illahi. Rizky Illahi memproduksi stik susu, namun memiliki selisih antara produksi dan penjualan karena kurangnya pemasaran. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian dan analisis kelayakan secara non finansial dan finansial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda serta kelayakan usaha non finansial dan finansial. Hasil analisis dari regresi linear berganda menujukkan bahwa bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, tempat, promosi) secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian stik susu dengan nilai R square sebesar 79,9%. Sedangkan untuk hasil analisis finansial dikatakan layak, dengan NPV sebesar Rp 53.180.624,00; IRR sebesar 76%; Gross B/C sebesar 1,06; Net B/C sebesar 5,93; dan payback period selama 1 tahun 4 bulan. Analisis Switching Value memiliki nilai toleransi maksimum penurunan produksi dan kenaikan harga jual sebesar 5,61659972348%, kenaikan biaya produksi sebesar 98,290495161%
       
      Mitra Jaya Mandiri Marketing Co-operation is a co-operative organization consisting of members of dairy farmers in the local territory. One of the groups in the cooperative is the Rizky Illahi group, which produces milk sticks, but has a gap between production and sales due to a lack of marketing. The aim of the research is to find out the impact of marketing mix on purchasing decisions and to analyze non-financial and financial validity. The method used in this study is double linear regression analysis as well as non-financial and financial viability of enterprises. The results of the analysis of double lineary regression showed that the mix of marketing (product, price, place, promotion) simultaneously and partially have a significant influence on the purchase decision of milk sticks with a R square value of 79.9%. Whereas for the results of financial analysis is said to be reasonable, with NPV of Rs 53.180.624,00; IRR of 76%; Gross B/C of 1,06; Net B / C of 5.93; and a payback period of 1 year 4 months. The Switching Value analysis has a maximum tolerance value of production decline and sales price increase of 5.61659972348%, production cost increase of 98.290495161%
