      Abstract

Coffee straw and sheep stools are increasing every year. One alternative to reducing such waste is the manufacture of solid organic fertilizer as a balancer for the use of chemical fertilizers. The research aims to identify the potential of coffee and lamb stools as solid organic fertilizer products as well as the quality of the fertilizers produced. The method used in the production of fertilizers is semi-aerobic fermentation. Then the quality of the fertilizer tested refers to SNI 7763:2018 and the data obtained is analyzed using ANOVA. Selection of organic material and optimal conditions are important in the manufacture of organic fertilizer. The results of the evaluation of coffee and lamb stools have an organic C content of 79.20% and 73.30%, and a balanced C/N ratio of 20.06 and 17.64. The fertilizer produced is of good quality and has macro and micronutrient properties as well as water content, accompanying material, pH, C-Organic, and C/ N ratio meets the requirements of SNI 7763:2018. Statistical analysis using one-way ANOVA showed all significant treatment differences with the best formulation being FPOP3 which is an addition of 1:1 EM4 10% v/v and a 10% w/v leaven tape solution.
