      Pengaruh Berbagai Konsentrasi dan Lama Perendaman Ekstrak Bawang Merah terhadap Pertumbuhan Setek Mucuna bracteata

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh berbagai konsentrasi dan lama perendaman ekstrak bawang merah (Allium cepa L.) terhadap pertumbuhan setek Mucuna bracteata. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Kelompok Lengkap Teracak (RKLT) faktorial dengan dua faktor perlakuan, yaitu konsentrasi ekstrak bawang merah (10 mL/L, 15 mL/L, 20 mL/L) dan lama perendaman (celup, 15 menit, 30 menit, 45 menit) serta kontrol. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali, menghasilkan 39 satuan percobaan dengan masing-masing 30 setek. Parameter yang diamati meliputi persentase hidup, panjang sulur, dan jumlah daun yang diukur sampai delapan minggu. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan yang tidak signifikan pada sebagian besar Minggu Setelah Tanam (MST) pada tiap parameter.
       
      This research aims to examine the effect of various concentrations and soaking times of shallot extract (Allium cepa L.) on the growth of Mucuna bracteata cuttings. This research used a factorial Randomized Complete Group Design (RKLT) with two treatment factors, namely the concentration of shallot extract (10 mL/L, 15 mL/L, 20 mL/L) and soaking time (dip, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes) as well as control. Each treatment was repeated three times, producing 39 experimental units with 30 cuttings each. Parameters observed included survival percentage, tendril length, and number of leaves which were measured up to eight weeks. Overall, the research results showed insignificant differences in most weeks after planting in each parameter.
