      Abstract
      Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara penulis, terdapat permasalahan pada penetapan waktu kerja yang berbeda dengan actual time. Permasalahan tersebut menyebabkan lini proses produksi oleh divisi program N Bell helikopter 412 EP terhenti karena terdapat keterlambatan kedatangan part yang diproduksi yang oleh pihak Detail Part Manufacturing (DPM). Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti, standard time yang ditetapkan oleh PT Dirgantara Indonesia kurang melibatkan faktor kelonggaran dan penyesuaian, serta ketidak tepatan pengisian time ticket pada system SAP yang dapat membuat pengiriman delay ke divisi selanjutnya, dikarenakan production control menjadwalkan berdasarkan status pengerjaan part yang tertera pada system. Maka dari itu, perlu adanya metode solusi yang dspat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penulis memilih pengukuran waktu baku sebagai metode solusi yang diukur dengan stopwatch, sehingga, dapat dijadikan sebagai evaluated standard time dan dapat menerapkan continuous improvement dengan A3 report sebagai output proyek akhir.
       
      Based on the results of the author's observations and interviews, there are problems with the determination of working time that is different from the actual time. The problem causes the production process line by the N Bell helic opter 412 EP program division to stop because there is a delay in the arrival of part that produced by the Detail Part Manufacturing (DPM). This is caused by several factors, such as, the standard time set by PT Dirgantara Indonesia does not involve the factors of leeway and adjustment, as well as the inaccuracy of filling time tickets in the SAP system which can make delivery delays to the next division, because production control schedules based on the part work status listed on the system. Therefore, there needs to be a solution method that can overcome these problems. The author chooses standard time measurement as a solution method measured by a stopwatch, so that, it can be used as an evaluated standard time and can implement continuous improvement with A3 report as the final project output.
