      Implementasi Strategi Diversifikasi Analisis SWOT Teknologi Pemupukan Fertilizer Spreader Kelapa Sawit Tanaman Menghasilkan

      Abstract
      Pemupukan adalah sesuatu hal yang penting bagi Perkebunan kelapa sawit. Biaya pemupukan dalam Perkebunan mencapai 60-70% dari biaya operasional. Salah satu permasalahan dalam pemupukan adalah terjadinya inefisiensi sehingga diperlukan biaya tinggi. Oleh karena itu perlunya fertilizer spreader dalam pemupukan kelapa sawit sangat diperlukan saat ini. Penelitian ini membuat rancangan strategi yang diperlukan aplikasi fertilizer spreader dengan metode analisis SWOT (strength, weaknest, opportunity dan threat). Analisis SWOT didapatkan dari 7 responden yaitu 3 Asisten divisi, 1 Asisten Kepala 1 Kasie Administrasi dan 2 Mandor Pupuk. Analisis SWOT menunjukkan 11 faktor yaitu 6 faktor Internal dan 5 faktor eksternal. Berdasarkan perhitungan faktor internal dan faktor eksternal, maka yang menunjukkan keadaan fertilizer spreader saat ini harus menggunakan strategi diversifikasi yaitu menggunakan kekuatan untuk menghindari ancaman. Berdasarkan strategi diversifikasi perusahaan telah mengimplementasikan strategi ini, dapat dilihat dari beberapa bulan output yang dihasilkan fertilizer spreader lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pemupukan secara manual
       
      Fertilization is something important for oil palm plantations. Fertilization costs in plantations reach 60-70% of operational costs. One of the problems with fertilization is inefficiency resulting in high costs. Therefore, the need for a fertilizer spreader in fertilizing oil palm is very necessary at this time. This research designs the strategies needed for fertilizer spreader applications using the SWOT analysis method (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats). SWOT analysis was obtained from 7 respondents, namely 3 division assistants, 1 assistant head, 1 head of administration and 2 fertilizer foremen. SWOT analysis shows 11 factors, namely 6 internal factors and 5 external factors. Based on the calculation of internal factors and external factors, it shows that the current state of fertilizer spreaders must use a diversification strategy, namely using strength to avoid threats. Based on the diversification strategy, the company has implemented this strategy, it can be seen from several months that the output produced by the fertilizer spreader is higher compared to manual fertilization.
