      Pemeliharaan Larva Ikan Rasbora Galaxy Danio margaritatus menggunakan Tingkat Kepadatan Berbeda di Dalam Wadah Terkontrol

      Abstract
      Permasalahan berupa rendahnya tingkat kelangsungan hidup dan kematian larva kerap sering ditemukan selama proses pemeliharaan. Daya dukung keberhasilan larva berpengaruh nyata yang dimanifestasikan pada pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup larva melalui kepadatan yang optimal, kualitas air yang baik, dan manajemen pakan yang terkontrol. Tujuan dari penelitian terapan ini adalah untuk mengaplikasikan teknik pemeliharaan dengan tingkat kepadatan berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup larva ikan rasbora galaxy. Rancangan penelitian terapan ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan empat perlakuan kepadatan berbeda yang terdiri atas kepadatan 1 ekor/L pada perlakuan KT1 dan PT1, kepadatan 2 ekor/L pada perlakuan PT2, dan kepadatan 3 ekor/L pada perlakuan PT3 dengan pengulangan sebanyak tiga kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa padat tebar pada perlakuan PT1 dan PT2 tidak berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan hidup, namun memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan panjang mutlak dan laju pertumbuhan panjang harian. Tingkat kepadatan larva ikan rasbora galaxy 1 ekor/L pada perlakuan PT1 dan kepadatan 2 ekor/L pada perlakuan PT2 yang dipelihara menggunakan sistem intensif dalam wadah terkontrol menghasilkan tingkat kelangsungan hidup tertinggi dengan nilai yang didapatkan sebesar 95% dan 96% jika dibandingkan dengan perlakuan KT1 dan PT3.
       
      Problems such as low survival rates and larval mortality are often encountered during the rearing process. The carrying capacity of larval success is manifested in larval growth and survival through optimal density, good water quality, and controlled feed management. The objective of this applied research is to apply rearing techniques with different density levels to the growth and survival of rasbora galaxy larvae. This applied research design used a completely randomized design method with four different density treatments consisting of a density of 1 tails/L in the KT1 and PT1 treatments, a density of 2 tails/L in the PT2 treatment, and a density of 3 tails/L in the PT3 treatment with three repetitions. The results showed that stocking density in the PT1 and PT2 treatments had no effect on survival, but did affect absolute length growth and daily length growth rate. Rasbora galaxy larvae density of 1 fish/L in the PT1 treatment and a density of 2 fish/L in the PT2 treatment reared using an intensive system in a controlled container produced the highest survival rate with values obtained of 95% and 96% when compared to the KT1 and PT3 treatments.
