      Abstract
      Pembibitan merupakan suatu bidang ilmu yang mempelajari pengelolaan pada setiap kegiatannya, berupa pengadaan bahan tanaman dengan tujuan menyediakan bibit yang berkualitas dan jumlah yang mencukupi sesuai kebutuhan yang direncanakan, dan tepat waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penambahan PPC Bayfolan terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit berumur 10 bulan yang siap salur ke lapangan. Metode penelitian menggunakan 120 sampel tanaman. Pengamatan pada variabel tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah pelepah, dan seleksi bibit kelapa sawit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan Pupuk Pelengkap Cair (PPC) Bayfolan pada konsentrasi yang berbeda dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit terhadap tinggi tanaman dan jumlah pelepah.
       
      Nursery management is a field of study that focuses on the management of all activities related to the procurement of plant materials with the aim of providing high-quality seedlings in sufficient quantities according to planned needs, and on time. 32sdsdThis research aims to determine the effect of adding Bayfolan on the growth of 10-month-old oil palm seedlings ready for field planting. The research method used 120 plant samples. Observations were made on variables such as plant height, stem diameter, number of fronds, and selection of oil palm seedlings. The results showed that the addition of Liquid Complementary Fertilizer Bayfolan at different concentrations can enhance the growth of oil palm seedlings in terms of plant height and number of fronds.
