dc.description.abstractPT Sarfood International adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di industri pengolahan surimi yang berlokasi di Lamongan, Jawa Timur. Pengolahan surimi yang besar menghasilkan hasil samping yang juga besar. Hasil samping surimi berfasa cair memiliki kandungan lemak tinggi yang dapat diolah menjadi minyak ikan murni. Produk minyak ikan murni memerlukan analisis dari aspek bisnis sebelum produk dikembangkan dan dipasarkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif untuk analisis kelayakan finanasial dan analisis deskriptif . untuk analisis kelayakan non finansial serta penyusunan Business Model Canvas. Analisis kelayakan non finansial dari aspek pemasaran, teknis, dan lingkungan bisnis minyak ikan murni dapat dikatakan layak. Minyak ikan murni intermediet memiliki harga pokok produksi Rp88.842/liter dan harga jual Rp103.000/liter yang dapat dipasarkan dengan pendekatan business to business. Analisis kelayakan finansial bisnis minyak ikan murni menunjukkan hasil R/C senilai 1,18 yang berarti bisnis ini layak untuk dijalankan. Payback periode (PP) terhitung selama 6 bulan. Break even point (BEP) diketahui sejumlah 415 liter yang berarti perusahaan harus menjual minimal 415 liter minyak ikan murni setiap bulan. Ditinjau dari analisis sensitivitas dengan tiga skenario menunjukkan produk terjual hanya 60% setiap bulan dan terjadi penurunan margin 10% bisnis minyak ikan murni masih layak untuk dijalankan, sedangkan skenario dengan berproduksi hanya 16 kali per bulan bisnis ini menjadi tidak layak dijalankan.
dc.description.abstractPT Sarfood International is a company engaged in the surimi processing industry located in Lamongan, East Java. Large surimi processing produces large by-products. Liquid-phase surimi by-products have a high fat content that can be processed into pure fish oil. Pure fish oil products require analysis of the business aspects before the product is developed and marketed. This research was conducted using quantitative methods for financial feasibility analysis and descriptive analysis for non-financial feasibility analysis and Business Model Canvas preparation. The non-financial feasibility analysis of the marketing, technical, and environmental aspects of the pure fish oil business can be said to be feasible. Intermediate pure fish oil has a cost of production of Rp88,842/liter and a selling price of Rp103,000/liter that can be marketed by business to business approach. The financial feasibility analysis of the pure fish oil business shows an R/C of 1.18, which means the business is feasible to run. Payback period (PP) is calculated for 6 months. The break even point (BEP) was found to be 415 liters, which means the company must sell at least 415 liters of pure fish oil every month. Reviewing the sensitivity analysis with three scenarios shows that the product is sold only 60% every month and there is a 10% decrease in the margin of pure fish oil business is still feasible to run, while the scenario
