      Abstract
      Kualitas udara merupakan suatu variabel yang penting untuk diperhatikan pada lingkungan laboratorium. Kualitas udara yang baik dapat menjaga pertumbuhan bakteri di dalam laboratorium yang berimbas kepada kegiatan uji suatu produk. Pencemaran partikel, suhu, kelembapan, dan gas pada udara harus terpantau dan terjaga kestablian nya. Sesuai dengan aturan Federal Standar 209E partikel ukuran 0.5 micron harus dibawah 10.000 partikel, partikel 5 micron harus dibawah 70, suhu dan kelembapan masing-masing harus dibawah 25 celcius dan 50%. Smart Air Monitoring (SAMO) merupakan alat pemantau kualitas udara, serta melakukan analisis data perhitungan kualitas udara menggunakan perhitungan Fuzzy Mamdani yang kemudian diuji keakuratan nya dengan media pengujian Total Plate Count (TPC). Perhitungan fuzzy menggunakan empat fungsi keanggotaan yaitu kuantitas partikel 0.5 dan 5 micron, suhu, serta kelembapan. Aturan perhitungan fuzzy dibuat berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan pihak laboratorium. Didapat hasil perhitungan fuzzy yang dibandingkan dengan pengujian TPC untuk mendeteksi kualitas udara dapat mewakili sebuah kondisi kualitas udara pada saat yang bersamaan.
       
      Air quality is an important variable to consider in a laboratory environment. Good air quality can maintain the growth of bacteria in the laboratory which affects product testing activities. Particle pollution, temperature, humidity, and gas in the air must be monitored and maintained stability. In accordance with Federal Standard 209E, 0.5 micron particles must be below 10,000 particles, 5 micron particles must be below 70, temperature and humidity must be below 25 Celsius and 50% respectively. Smart Air Monitoring (SAMO) is an air quality monitoring tool, and analyzes air quality calculation data using Mamdani Fuzzy calculation which is then tested for accuracy with Total Plate Count (TPC) testing media. Fuzzy calculations use four membership functions, namely the quantity of particles 0.5 and 5 microns, temperature, and humidity. Fuzzy calculation rules are made based on the results of interviews with the laboratory. The results of fuzzy calculations compared to TPC testing to detect air quality can represent an air quality condition at the same time.
