      Abstract
      Peternakan ayam broiler menjadi salah satu andalan dalam subsektor pertanian di Indonesia. Manajemen yang baik sangat berpengaruh terhadap output yang diharapkan seperti keuntungan yang maksimum dan kerugian yang minimum. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama 4 bulan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis finansial untuk mengetahui Biaya (Cost), Penerimaan, Keuntungan, BEP (Break Even Point), dan R/C Ratio (Revenue Cost Ratio) dan metode analisis non-finansial untuk mengetahui aspek pemasaran dari Usaha TPA Bapak Eka. Tujuan kegiatan analisis usaha ini yaitu mengetahui alur usaha mulai dari input sampai output serta melakukan analisis usaha untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha melalui pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder. Konsumen pada usaha Bapak Eka didominasi oleh ibu rumah tangga dan produk best sellernya yaitu Karkas Tanpa Kulit. Penerimaan Bapak Eka selama 4 bulan mencapai Rp 2.190.754.080 dengan total keuntungan Rp 99.254.959. Nilai R/C pada usaha Bapak Eka sebesar 1,1 yang menunjukan bahwa usaha tersebut berpotensi layak untuk dilanjutkan
       
      Broiler chicken farming is one of the mainstays of the agricultural subsector in Indonesia. Good management greatly influences the expected output, such as maximum profits and minimum losses. This activity will be carried out for 4 months. The data analysis method used is the financial analysis method to determine Cost, Revenue, Profit, BEP (Break Even Point), and R/C Ratio (Revenue Cost Ratio) and non-financial analysis methods to determine the marketing aspects of Mr. Eka's TPA business. The aim of this business analysis activity is to understand the business flow from input to output and carry out business analysis to determine the feasibility of the business through collecting primary and secondary data. Consumers in Mr. Eka's business are dominated by housewives and his best seller product is Skinless Carcass. Mr. Eka's income for 4 months reached IDR 2,190,754,080 with a total profit of IDR 99,254,959. The R/C value for Mr. Eka's business is 1.1, which shows that the business is potentially worth continuing
