| dc.description.abstract | Kompetensi diperlukan untuk menjalankan tugas atau pekerjaan secara efektif dan efisien. Dalam mendukung hal ini, Lembaga Amil Zakat BaitulMaalKu Kabupaten Karawang menginiasi Program “Akademi Berdaya” yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi masyarakat di bidang desain fashion dan memanfaatkan kompetensinya untuk mandiri secara ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara karakteristik individu, motivasi, dan efektivitas pelatihan dengan kompetensi peserta pelatihan Program “Akademi Berdaya”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif menggunakan instrumen kuesioner didukung dengan data kualitatif yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam kepada informan. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 36 orang peserta pelatihan Program “Akademi Berdaya”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketepatan metode dan kualitas fasilitas berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kompetensi peserta pelatihan Program “Akademi Berdaya”. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Competencies are needed to carry out tasks or work effectively and efficiently. In support of this, the Amil Zakat Institute BaitulMaalKu Karawang Regency initiated the “Akademi Berdaya” program which aims to increase community competence in the field of fashion design and utilize their competence to become economically independent. This research aims to analyze the relationship between individual characteristics, motivation, and training effectiveness with the competency of beneficiaries of the “Akademi Berdaya” program. The research method used is a quantitative method using a questionnaire instrument supported by qualitative data collected through in-depth interviews with informants. The respondents in this study were 36 beneficiaries of the “Akademi Berdaya” program. The results of the research show that the accuracy of the method and the quality of the facilities are positively and significantly related to the competency of the training participants in the “Akademi Berdaya” program. | |
