      Tingkat Kepuasan Pendengar Radio dalam Pelayanan Siaran Programa 1 RRI Bogor

      Abstract
      Radio sebagai media massa konvensional perlu beradaptasi terhadap perkembangan zaman agar mampu bersaing dengan media baru demi terus menjaga eksistensinya. Stasiun radio sebagai penyedia layanan bertanggung jawab untuk senantiasa menyempurnakan kualitas siarannya agar mampu memenuhi pelayanan yang diharapkan pendengar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan siaran yang penting bagi Pro 1 RRI Bogor sehingga dihasilkan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pendengar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online kepada 45 responden serta didukung oleh data kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap informan. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas layanan siaran yang diberikan Pro 1 RRI Bogor sesuai dengan harapan pendengar. Tingkat kepuasan pendengar berdasarkan perhitungan Customer Satisfaction Index bernilai 86,44 persen yakni bermakna Sangat Puas. Strategi peningkatan kualitas siaran dirumuskan dengan memprioritaskan atribut layanan yang berada pada Kuadran I dalam matriks Importance-Performance Analysis yaitu (1) penyelenggaraan acara off-air, (2) segmen interaktif, dan (3) segmen hiburan.
       
      Radio as a conventional mass media needs to adapt to the evolving times to compete with new media and maintain its existence. Radio stations as service providers are responsible for continually improving their broadcast quality to meet listener expectations. This study aims to analyze the broadcast service quality crucial to Pro 1 RRI Bogor and develop appropriate strategies to enhance listener satisfaction. This descriptive research employs a quantitative approach by distributing online questionnaires to 45 respondents supported by qualitative data from in-depth interviews with informants. The sampling technique used is snowball sampling. The results show that the broadcast service quality of Pro 1 RRI Bogor meets listener expectations. The listener satisfaction level based on the Customer Satisfaction Index is 86,44 percent, indicating Very Satisfied. Strategies for improving broadcast quality are formulated by prioritizing service attributes in Quadrant I of the Importance-Performance Analysis matrix, namely (1) off-air events, (2) interactive segments, and (3) entertainment segments.
