Ayam gepuk merupakan ayam yang telah diungkep dengan bumbu, lalu digoreng serta disajikan dengan cara dipukul sampai sedikit hancur dan disajikan bersama sambal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan GMP, SSOP dan analisis kelayakan finansial pada usaha Ayam Gepuk ABC yang berlokasi di Dramaga, Bogor. Data penelitian diambil dengan cara mengamati tempat produksi Ayam Gepuk ABC dan wawancara. Penilaian kesesuaian penerapan GMP usaha Ayam Gepuk ABC memperoleh nilai 120 dari 452 dan penilaian penerapan SSOP memperoleh nilai penyimpangan 54 dari 112. Aspek kelayakan finansial meliputi analisis BEP, B/C Ratio, NPV, dan IRR. Nilai BEP unit dan BEP harga berhasil terpenuhi. This study aims to analyze the implementation of GMP, SSOP and financial feasibility analysis at Gepuk ABC Chicken Company located in Dramaga, Bogor. The research data was taken by observing the production site of Gepuk ABC Chicken and interviews. The assessment of the suitability of the implementation of GMP for the Gepuk ABC chicken business obtained a score of 120 out of 452 and the assessment of the implementation of SSOP obtained a deviation value of 54 out of 112.
