      Analisis Kepuasan Konsumen terhadap Pembelian Sayuran Hidroponik Kebun Akinini pada Toserba Yogya Cianjur

      Abstract
      Kebun Akinini merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang hortikultura sayuran hidroponik di Kabupaten Cianjur dan berdiri sejak tahun 2017. Kebun Akinini mendistribusikan produk sayuran hidroponik pada Toserba Yogya Cianjur, namun setiap bulannya mengalami pengembalian produk yang tidak terserap oleh pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi karakteristik konsumen, menganalisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen, serta untuk melihat sejauh mana perkembangan penurunan angka pengembalian sayuran hidroponik Kebun Akinini pada Toserba Yogya Cianjur setelah dilakukan implementasi mengenai perbaikan kinerja atribut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dengan melibatkan 50 responden. Hasil CSI menunjukan Kebun Akinini pada Toserba Yogya Cianjur adalah 81,05 persen. Adapun hasil analisis IPA menunjukkan atribut prioritas yang perlu diperbaiki oleh Kebun Akinini, yaitu kebersihan sayuran yang dijual, kesegaran sayuran hidroponik yang dijual, fasilitas potongan harga untuk konsumen, ketersediaan katalog produk, dan ketersediaan informasi mengenai produk di media sosial.
       
      Kebun Akinini is a company operating in the hydroponic vegetable horticulture sector in Cianjur Regency, established in 2017. Kebun Akinini distributes its hydroponic vegetable products to Toserba Yogya Cianjur, but experiences monthly returns of unsold products. This research aims to identify consumer characteristics, analyze consumer satisfaction levels, and assess the extent of the decline in the return rate of Kebun Akinini's hydroponic vegetables at Toserba Yogya Cianjur following the implementation of performance improvements. The study employs descriptive analysis methods, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) involving 50 respondents. The CSI results indicate that Kebun Akinini at Toserba Yogya Cianjur has a satisfaction level of 81,05 percent. The IPA results highlight priority attributes that Kebun Akinini needs to improve, including the cleanliness of the vegetables sold, the freshness of the hydroponic vegetables, discount facilities for consumers, the availability of product catalogs, and the availability of product information on social media.
