| dc.description.abstract | Biji kopi merupakan bahan baku utama bagi kedai kopi yang sangat mempengaruhi kualitas dan variasi cita rasa minuman kopi. Mayoritas kedai kopi melewati proses panjang dalam mencari bahan baku mulai dari keterbatasan informasi, ketidakpastian kualitas, ketidakkonsistenan cita rasa, dan lokasi jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis permasalahan dan menemukan solusi yang dihadapi para kedai kopi, merancang prototipe, dan model bisnis “Explorer Coffee” online store penyedia biji kopi berbasis website dengan pendekatan design thinking. Online store “Explorer Coffee” yang melayani kustomisasi pembelian kopi dapat menjadi solusi dari permasalahan kedai kopi. Menawarkan seluruh kebutuhan kopi dengan berbagai layanan kustomisasi kopi mulai dari biji hiaju kopi (greenbearn), sangrai kopi (roasting), biji kopi sangrai (roasted been), dan biji kopi sangrai berdasarkan cita rasa yang dicari. Solusi ini dapat diakses mudah melalui website mobile friendly yang dapat diaskse dari mana saja kapan saja. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Coffee beans are the primary raw material for coffee shops, greatly influencing the quality and flavor variety of coffee drinks. Most coffee shops undergo a lengthy process in sourcing raw materials, starting from limited information, quality uncertainty, flavor inconsistency, to distant locations. This research aims to analyze the problems faced by coffee shops, find solutions, design prototypes, and establish the business model of "Explorer Coffee," an online store providing coffee beans based on a website with a design thinking approach. The "Explorer Coffee" online store, which offers customized coffee purchases, can serve as a solution to coffee shop issues. It provides all coffee needs with various customization services including green bean, roasting, roasted bean, and roasted bean based on desired flavor profiles. This solution is easily accessible through a mobile-friendly website that can be accessed from anywhere at any time. | |
