      Optimalisasi User Interface Aplikasi Investasi Emas Digital MetalGO untuk Meningkatkan Usabilitas dan Pengalaman Pengguna

      Abstract
      Investasi emas digital semakin diminati di Indonesia sebagai alternatif investasi yang aman dan mudah diakses. Namun, usabilitas dan pengalaman pengguna aplikasi MetalGO masih memerlukan peningkatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan usabilitas dan pengalaman pengguna aplikasi MetalGO dengan menggunakan metode The Wheel dalam dua iterasi, yang melibatkan evaluasi, analisis, desain, dan prototipe. Evaluasi iterasi pertama menunjukkan Maze Usability Score (MAUS) sebesar 62 dan System Usability Scale (SUS) sebesar 52,63, mengindikasikan usabilitas yang kurang baik. Redesain dilakukan dan iterasi kedua menunjukkan peningkatan dengan MAUS sebesar 84 dan SUS sebesar 71,13. User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) juga menunjukkan peningkatan pada semua skala. Temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa perbaikan antarmuka pengguna MetalGO berhasil meningkatkan usabilitas dan pengalaman pengguna secara signifikan, yang diharapkan dapat membuat aplikasi lebih populer dan banyak digunakan.
       
      Digital gold investment is increasingly popular in Indonesia as a safe and accessible investment alternative. However, the usability and user experience of the MetalGO application need improvement. This study aims to enhance the usability and user experience of the MetalGO application using The Wheel method in two iterations, involving evaluation, analysis, design, and prototyping. The first iteration's evaluation showed a Maze Usability Score (MAUS) of 62 and a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 52.63, indicating poor usability. A redesign was conducted, and the second iteration showed improvements with a MAUS of 84 and a SUS score of 71.13. The User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) also showed improvements across all scales. These findings conclude that the user interface improvements of MetalGO significantly enhanced usability and user experience, which is expected to make the application more popular and widely used.
