      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis total biaya dalam usaha produksi tahu. Metode penelitian melibatkan analisis skenario proses produksi menggunakan konsep perhitungan total biaya dengan pendekatan metode life cycle cost. Hasil utama dari penelitian ini mengulas berbagai skenario pilihan bahan baku lokal dan impor. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahan baku impor menghasilkan pengeluaran biaya yang lebih rendah, yakni sebesar Rp310,20 per pcs tahu. Sementara itu, penggunaan bahan baku lokal memerlukan pengeluaran biaya sekitar Rp357,67 per pcs tahu. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa informasi dan gambaran mengenai produksi tahu di Kabupaten Bogor. Dengan fokus analisis pada aspek biaya, penelitian ini menawarkan gambaran alternatif biaya produksi dalam berbagai skenario. Adapun batasan penelitian ini mencakup produksi tahu di Kabupaten Bogor dengan mempertimbangkan aspek bahan baku dan biaya yang terlibat dalam satu siklus produksi.
       
      This study aimsto identify and analyze the total costs of the tofu productionbusiness. The research method involves scenario analysis of the production processusing the total cost calculation concept with the life cycle cost method approach. The main results of this study review various scenarios of choice between local andimported raw materials. The results of the analysis show that the use of imported raw materials results in lower expenses, namely IDR 310,20 per pcs tofu. Meanwhile, the use of local raw materials requires expenses of around IDR357,67 per pcs tofu. This research contributes information and descriptions of tofu production in Bogor Regency. With an analysis focused on the cost aspect, this study offers an alternative picture of production costs in various scenarios. The limitations of this study include the production of tofu in Bogor Regency by considering the aspects of rawmaterials and costs involved in one production cycle.
