      Abstract
      Kementerian PPN/Bappenas telah mengimplementasikan e-government berbasis website untuk memberikan pelayanan informasi publik yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi e-government dalam pelayanan informasi publik berbasis website yang diukur dari tiga elemen sukses yakni support, capacity, dan value berdasarkan teori Indrajit oleh Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) Kementerian PPN/Bappenas. Faktor keberhasilan dalam implementasi e-government adalah support (dukungan) dengan adanya dukungan pemerintah dalam pengembangan e-government, capacity (kemampuan) dengan sumber daya untuk mewujudkan e-government secara nyata dan efektif, dan value (nilai) dengan memberikan manfaat yang didapatkan publik dari tata kelola pemerintahan yang efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan data dan informasi secara holistik dan mendalam. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi di lokasi pengumpulan data, studi literatur, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi e-government dalam pelayanan informasi publik telah sesuai dengan teori yang digunakan.
       
      The Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas) has implemented a website-based e-government system to provide public information services more effectively, efficiently, and targeted. This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-government in website-based public information services, measured by three success elements support, capacity, and value based on Indrajit’s theory by the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) of the Ministry of National Development Planning. The success factors in e-government implementation are support, which includes government support, capacity which includes the resources needed to realize e-government effectively and efficiently, and value which provides advantages to the public gains from effective governance. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, on-site observations, literature studies, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of e-government in public information services aligned with the applied theory.
