dc.description.abstractWIDIA FATUROHMAH. Uji Sifat Kristal Dan Optik Film Tipis Barium Stronsium Titanat (BaSrTiO3) Didadah Ferrum. Dibimbing oleh IRZAMAN dan ARDIAN ARIF SETIAWAN . Film Barium Stronsium Titanat (Ba0,7Sr0,3TiO3) didadah dengan variasi konsentrasi ferrum (II) asetat (0%, 0,5%, 1%,) telah berhasil disintesis di atas substrat Si (100) tipe-p menggunakan metode CSD melalui spin coating dengan kecepatan putar 8000 rpm. Proses annealing dilakukan pada suhu 850 °C dan ditahan selama 8 jam, lalu mengikuti proses pendinginan hingga suhu kamar selama 13 jam. Karakterisasi UV-Vis menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi konsentrasi Ferrum di dalam film Barium Stronsium Titanat (0%; 0,5%; 1%) nilai reflektansinya akan semakin meningkat dan nilai band gap yang diperoleh menurun dari 2,34 eV – 2,25 eV. Parameter kisi yang dihasilkan dari hasil karakterisasi XRD menunjukan parameter kisi yang menurun seiring dengan meningkatnya konsentrasi Ferrum di dalam film Barium Titanat, karena jari-jarik ionik atom Ferrum (0,77 Å) lebih kecil dibandingkan jari-jari Barium (1,36 Å).Spektroskopi FTIR mengadopsi relasi Kramers-Kronig diperoleh indeks bias (n), koefisien extinction (k) dan parameter dielektrik bagian real (e1) juga bagian imajiner (e2) pada bilangan gelombang dengan penambahan pendadah Rutenium memperkecil medan listrik dan menyebabkan penurunan nilai moda optik TO dan LO yang memengaruhi konstanta optik sampel. dc.description.abstractWIDIA FATUROHMAH. Test of Crystal and Optical Properties of Ferrum-doped Barium Strontium Titanate (BaSrTiO3) thin film. Supervised by IRZAMAN and ARDIAN ARIF SETIAWAN. Barium Strontium Titanate (Ba0,7Sr0,3TiO3) films capped with varying concentrations of ferrum (II) acetate (0%, 0,5%, 1%,) have been successfully synthesized on a p-type Si(100) substrate using the CSD method via spin coating with a rotating speed of 8000 rpm. The annealing process was carried out at 850 °C and held for 8 hours, then followed by cooling to room temperature for 13 hours. UV-Vis characterization shows that the higher the Ferrum concentration in the Barium Stronsium Titanate film (0%; 0,5%; 1%) the reflectance value will increase and the band gap value obtained decreases from 2,34 eV – 2,25 eV. The resulting lattice parameters from the XRD characterization results show a decreasing lattice parameter as the Ferrum concentration in the Barium Titanate film increases, because the ionic radius of Ferrum atoms (0,77 Å) is smaller than the radius of Barium (1,36 Å). FTIR spectroscopy adopting the Kramers-Kronig relation obtained refractive index (n), extinction coefficient (k) and dielectric parameter of the real part (e1) as well as the imaginary part (e2) at wave numbers with the addition of Ruthenium crucible minimizes the electric field and causes a decrease in the value of TO and LO optical modes which affects the optical constant of the sample.
