      Abstract

Hypertension occurs because the blood supply through the veins puts greater pressure on the arteries, causing the heart to warm up too quickly. As a result, blood pressure increases. Hypertension can be treated with two methods of treatment, namely pharmacological and non-pharmacological. Noni or Morinda Citrifolia is a traditional medicine used to reduce and control blood pressure or hypertension. Ambon bananas have a high potassium content, which can lower blood pressure and help maintain a healthy body. This research aims to utilize noni fruit and Ambon bananas to make smoothies which are alternative drinks for hypertension sufferers. The formula is a ratio between noni fruit and Ambon banana, namely F1(75:25) and F2(50:50). This research consists of making a selected formula. The content of the selected nutritional formula is air content 86.1%, ash content 0.71%, energy 54.11 kcal, protein 1.33 grams, carbohydrates 11.58 grams, potassium 199.59 mg and sodium 49.86 grams. This noni and Ambon banana smoothie is thought to contain low sodium with a content of 49.86 mg and fat-free with a content of 0.27 grams.
