      Abstract
      PT XYZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri minuman ringan dalam kemasan. Produk yang dihasilkan beragam dan terdapat enam lini produksi. PT XYZ pada saat ini sedang berfokus kepada improvement lini produksi 1. Indikator pengukuran kinerja mesin dapat menggunakan overall equipment effectiveness dan big losses. Perhitungan OEE dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat efektivitas dari suatu mesin dengan menghitung ketersediaan mesin, performa dan kualitas produk sedangkan big losses dilakukan untuk mengetahui kerugian yang mengakibatkan nilai OEE rendah. Pada PT XYZ, nilai OEE tidak memenuhi standar JIPM sehingga perlu dianalisa menggunakan big losses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai OEE khususnya nilai set up and adjustment dan failure loss pada lini produksi 1 dengan metode SMED dan analisis man, method, material dan machine. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penurunan waktu set up and adjustment yang dari 276 menit menjadi 173 menit. Pengurangan waktu ini akan mempengaruhi nilai OEE. Metode penyelesaian Failure loss pada PT XYZ menggunakan analisis man, method, material dan machine dan menghasilkan one point lesson mengenai penempatan material pada pass box dan form monitoring. Simulasi OEE jika dilakukannya usulan perbaikan dapat meningkatkan nilai OEE sebesar 5,62%.
       
      PT XYZ is a company operating in the packaged soft drink industry. The products produced are diverse and there are six production lines. PT XYZ currently focus on improving production line 1. In the current industry, performance measurement using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and losses are analyzed using big losses. This research aims to enhance OEE specifically set up and adjustment in line 1 with SMED method and man, method, material and machine. The research results indicate a reduction in set-up and adjustment time from 276 minutes to 173 minutes. This reduction in time significantly impacts the OEE value. The method for resolving failure loss at PT XYZ uses man, method, material and machine analysis and produces a one point lesson regarding material placement in the pass box and form monitoring. Furthermore, simulation results show that implementing can lead to an OEE improvement of 5.62%.
