      Abstract
      PT XYZ adalah perusahaan ternama dalam industri bahan bangunan di Indonesia. Salah satu produk unggulannya adalah Hollow 4 x 4 berukuran 2,7 meter. Namun, perusahaan menghadapi tantangan dalam perencanaan produksi, terutama terkait ketidaksesuaian jadwal produksi dengan rencana awal dari departemen PPIC. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode peramalan dengan data triwulan dan perencanaan agregat, serta pembuatan jadwal induk produksi. Hasil peramalan terbaik menggunakan metode Multiplicative Decomposition dengan total prakiraan sebanyak 1.727 batang. Strategi perencanaan agregat yang dipilih adalah Mix Strategy 1 dengan biaya Rp132.452.825,-. Strategi tersebut akan digunakan untuk perhitungan Jadwal Induk Produksi. Jadwal Induk Produksi dihitung menggunakan ketetapan perusahaan atau Order Policy yang menghasilkan dua Jadwal Induk Produksi berdasarkan permintaan perusahaan untuk menentukan jadwal yang paling sesuai.
       
      PT XYZ is a renowned company in the building materials industry in Indonesia. One of its flagship products is the 2.7-meter-long Hollow 4 x 4. However, the company faces challenges in production planning, particularly regarding the misalignment of production schedules with the initial plans from the PPIC department. To address this issue, research is conducted using forecasting methods with quarterly data and aggregate planning, as well as creating a master production schedule. The best forecasting result is achieved using the Multiplicative Decomposition method, with a total forecast 1,727 units. The selected aggregate planning strategy is Mix Strategy 1, with a cost Rp132,452,825. This strategy will be used for the master production schedule calculation.
