      Abstract
      Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease (FLUTD) adalah masalah kesehatan yang terjadi pada kucing yang menginfeksi pada sistem urinary bagian bawah. Faktor risiko dan gejala klinis merupakan salah satu masalah yang mengganggu kesehatan pada hewan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan dan memberikan informasi persentase prevalensi kejadian FLUTD pada kucing disertai dengan berbagai faktor risiko dan gejala yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan 21 ekor kucing dengan jenis kelamin jantan dan 2 ekor jenis kelamin betina. Metode yang digunakan dengan mengumpulkan pasien FLUTD yang datang ke klinik sehingga memperoleh data rekam medis. Hasil penelitian FLUTD pada periode bulan Agustus-Oktober 2023 menunjukkan hasil rata-rata 3,3% dari keseluruhan kasus. Faktor risiko FLUTD dipengaruhi oleh jenis kelamin dan bobot badan. Faktor risiko jenis kelamin didominasi oleh jantan (91,3%) dan betina (8,7%). Faktor risiko bobot badan lebih didominasi obesitas (65,2%) dibandingkan dengan tidak obesitas (34,8%). Gejala klinis antara lain hematuria, pollakiuria, stranguria, periuria, disuria, dan membesarnya VU. Gejala klinis FLUTD tertinggi yang terjadi pada kucing yaitu hematuria (69,6%).

The results of the FLUTD research in the period August-October 2023 showed an average of 3.3% of all cases. FLUTD risk factors are influenced by gender and body weight. The gender risk factor is dominated by males (91.3%) and females (8.7%). Risk factors for body weight are dominated by obesity (65.2%) compared to not being obese (34.8%). Clinical symptoms include hematuria, pollakiuria, stranguria, periuria, dysuria, and enlarged VU. The highest clinical symptom of FLUTD that occurs in cats is hematuria (69.6%).
