      Abstract
      Setiap perusahaan ingin menciptakan suatu lingkungan yang aman, nyaman, dan teorganisir dengan baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas. Salah satu faktor utama yang harus diperhatikan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Perusahan perlu memiliki budaya perusahaan yang tepat seperti budaya kerja 5S. PT Tata Metal Lestari merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi pelapisan baja ringan. Budaya kerja 5S yang tidak berjalan konsisten menjadi permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor permasalahan budaya kerja 5S yang tidak terlaksana secara konsisten dan menemukan perbaikan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut yaitu metode kualitatif, metode The Theory of Change (ToC), dan metode PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action). Permasalahan tersebut ditangani dengan adanya perancangan 5S dan SOP (Standart Operational Procedure) yang dapat membangun kebiasaan budaya kerja 5S yang optimal dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih terorganisir.
       
      Every company wants to create a safe, comfortable, and well-organized environment so as to increase productivity. One of the main factors that must be considered is Human Resources (HR). Companies need to have the right corporate culture such as the 5S work culture. PT Tata Metal Lestari is a company that produces mild steel coating. The 5S work culture that does not run consistently is a problem that exists in the company. This study aims to determine the problem factors of the 5S work culture that are not consistently implemented and find continuous improvement. The methods used to help solve these problems are qualitative methods, The Theory of Change (ToC) method, and the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) method. The problem is addressed by the design of 5S and SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) which can build optimal 5S work culture habits and create a more organized work environment.
