      Abstract
      Membangun personal branding di era digital merupakan salah satu bentuk memanfaatkan media sosial dengan baik. Membangun citra positif di media sosial membutuhkan strategi komunikasi yaitu pengelolaan media sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis terkait dengan strategi komunikasi digital dalam membangun personal branding dan manfaat yang didapatkan dalam membangun personal branding dengan studi kepada content creator bidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya ialah observasi, wawancara serta studi literatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori personal branding dan teori The Circular Model of SoMe for Social Communication. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah membangun personal branding di media sosial membutuhkan sebuah strategi. Strategi tersebut ialah strategi komunikasi digital yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan komunikasi melalui media sosial instagram oleh content creator bidang pendidikan. Membangun citra positif di media sosial dapat memberikan manfaat yaitu menambah relasi, membuka peluang baru, menambah kepercayaan diri dan meningkatkan kemampuan public speaking.
       
      Building personal branding in the digital era is one form of utilizing social media properly. Building a positive image on social media requires a communication strategy, namely social media management. The purpose of this study is to analyze related to digital communication strategies in building personal branding and the benefits obtained in building personal branding with a study of content creators in the field of education. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with the data collection techniques are observation, interviews and literature studies. This research uses personal branding theory and The Circular Model of SoMe for Social Communication theory. The result of this research is that building personal branding on social media requires a strategy. The strategy is a digital communication strategy related to managing communication through social media instagram by content creators in the field of education. Building a positive image on social media can provide benefits, namely adding relationships, opening up new opportunities, increasing self-confidence and improving public speaking skills.
