Paresis is muscle and nerve weakness that causes the inability to walk or support the body. The main causes of paresis are muscle and nerve problems, but there are other factors that can cause this to happen. Other factors that cause paresis include a dog experiencing a collision, age, and excessive body mass. This condition requires evaluation to get the right diagnosis and prognosis, so that after getting a diagnosis, appropriate therapeutic measures are determined. This case study was carried out at the My Vet veterinary clinic by observing one dog patient. The patient underwent a clinical examination and supporting examinations and the patient was declared to be experiencing problems with his extremities which had decreased function, with these results the patient was treated with a gradual rehabilitation method. The therapy provided is in the form of rehabilitation therapy including electronic acupuncture, water treadmill, magnetotherapy, and additional supplements as needed. The results of this case study showed that the patient experienced a fairly good recovery gradually from not being able to stand until he was able to walk normally.
