      Abstract
      RIFDA ARDELIA AZARI. Teknik Storytelling pada Penulisan Naskah Video Pembelajaran di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Dibimbing oleh WILLY BACHTIAR dan ENDEN DARJATUL ULYA. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan mengembangkan kompetensi karyawan dengan pembelajaran melalui e-learning BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Salah satu bentuk media pembelajaran yang dapat di akses melalui e-learning BPJS Ketenagakerjaan yaitu video pembelajaran. Tujuan dari proyek akhir ini adalah menganalisis konsep dasar e-learning BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, memproduksi naskah video pembelajaran komunikasi persuasif di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan menerapkan teknik storytelling pada naskah video pembelajaran komunikasi persuasif di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Proyek akhir ini menghasilkan temuan penerapan tiga konsep dasar pada e-learning BPJS Ketenagakerjaan yaitu pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, interaksi dan kolaborasi, pembelajaran mandiri dan personalisasi. Proses penulisan naskah pada produksi video pembelajaran meliputi lima tahap yaitu memunculkan dan memperkaya ide, pembuatan sinopsis, pembuatan treatment, penulisan naskah, evaluasi dan revisi naskah. Penulisan naskah video pembelajaran pada proyek akhir ini menerapkan tujuh aspek storytelling yaitu point of view, dramatic question, emotional content, the gift of your voice, soundtrack, economy dan pacing.
       
      RIFDA ARDELIA AZARI. Storytelling Techniques in Writing Learning Video Scripts at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Supervised by WILLY BACHTIAR dan ENDEN DARJATUL ULYA. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan develops employee competencies by learning through BPJS Ketenagakerjaan e-learning. One form of learning media that can be accessed through BPJS Ketenagakerjaan e-learning is learning videos. The purpose of this final project is to analyze the basic concepts of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan e-learning, produce persuasive communication learning video scripts at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and apply storytelling techniques to persuasive communication learning video scripts at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. This final project produces findings on the application of three basic concepts in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan e-learning, namely technology-based learning, interaction and collaboration, independent learning and personalization. The script writing process in learning video production includes five stages, namely generating and enriching ideas, making synopsis, making treatment, writing scripts, evaluating and revising scripts. The writing of the learning video script in this final project applies seven aspects of storytelling, namely point of view, dramatic question, emotional content, the gift of your voice, soundtrack, economy and pacing.
