Perkembangan teknologi telah berdampak pada berbagai jenis usaha, salah satunya adalah jenis usaha micro kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Para pemilik UMKM banyak yang mengabaikan pengelolaan keuangan pada usahanya, kurangnya perhatian terhadap hal ini menimbulkan beberapa masalah bagi perkembangan UMKM kedepannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pencatatan transaksi pada UMKM BBS, membuat laporan keuangan, yang pada akhirnya dapat digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan usaha. Metode yang penelitian ini gunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, observasi, serta analisis perbandingan antara penggunaan suatu sistem dengan harapan saat menggunakan sistem dengan metode end user computing satisfaction. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penerapan SIAPIK mudah dimengerti dan mempermudah pemilik mengetahui besaran laba yang dihasilkan UMKM BBS setiap bulan. Sebagai saran, pemulis merekomendasikan kepada pemilik untuk mengusulkan kepada pengembang SIAPIK bisa meningkatkan penginputan adjust dengan benar dan membenahi fitur backup.

The implementation of the digitalization era is supported by developments in technology and information. Technological developments have had an impact on various types of businesses, one of which is micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Many MSME owners ignore the financial management of their businesses, the lack of attention to this creates several problems for the future development of MSMEs. This research aims to improve transaction recording in MSME BBS, create financial reports, which can ultimately be used in making business decisions. The method that this research uses is data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and comparative analysis between the use of a system and the expectations when using the system using the end user computing satisfaction method. Based on the research results, the application of SIAPIK is easy to understand and makes it easier for owners to know the amount of profit generated by BBS MSMEs every month. As a suggestion, the author recommends that the owner propose to the SIAPIK developer to improve the adjustment input correctly and improve the backup feature.
