      Abstract
Safety and health in the workplace are crucial for achieving optimal productivity. Workplace accidents affect productivity by reducing working hours and causing a decline in output. The problem faced by the company is the need for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that specifically consider safety aspects. This research aims to determine and calculate Safety KPIs and apply the correlation between workplace accidents and productivity. The processing of Safety KPI data consists of leading indicators for future potential incidents and lagging indicators for past accident data. The Safe T Score method determines the impact of accident levels on work productivity. The calculation results of Safety KPIs show good performance with a total actual score of 94.74%. The results indicate that the Safe T Score was 2.68 in 2022 and -1.61 in 2023, showing a slight change in the occupational health and safety program. The findings demonstrate a positive relationship between workplace safety and productivity, indicating that fewer accidents lead to higher productivity
