      Analisis Perbandingan Durasi Penjadwalan Proyek antara Metode CPM dan PERT pada Pembangunan Gedung Business Center Pertamina Jakarta

      Abstract
      Dalam proyek konstruksi sering terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara jadwal perencanaan dengan realisasinya di lapangan yang akan menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam sebuah proses pembangunan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan analisis perbandingan durasi penjadwalan proyek menggunakan metode CPM dan PERT dengan bantuan aplikasi Microsoft Office Project. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jalur kritis, durasi percepatan, serta persentase probabilitas yang dihasilkan dengan kedua metode tersebut pada Gedung Business Center Pertamina Jakarta. Setelah dilakukan analisis durasi penjadwalan didapatkan jalur kritis yang dilalui dari pekerjaan tanah (A), pekerjaan beton (B), pekerjaan penyelesaian (H), dan pekerjaan elektronik (P) dengan total float = 0. Selain itu, didapatkan pada metode CPM durasi yang dihasilkan adalah 364 hari sedangkan pada metode PERT sebanyak 378 hari. Lalu, nilai persentase probabilitas yang dihasilkan didapatkan bahwa bahwa proyek ini selesai dalam 399 hari sesuai dengan waktu perencanaan dengan peluang sebesar 99,13% tepat waktu, dalam 356 hari sesuai dengan metode CPM sebesar 27,76% tepat waktu, dan dalam 378 hari sesuai dengan metode PERT sebesar 72,24% tepat waktu.
       
      In construction projects, discrepancies often occur between the planning schedule and its realization in the field, which will cause delays in the construction process. Therefore, a comparative analysis of project scheduling duration using the CPM and PERT methods with the help of the Microsoft Office Project application is needed. This research aims to determine the critical path, acceleration duration, and probability percentages generated using these two methods at the Pertamina Jakarta Business Center Building. After analyzing the scheduling duration, it was found that the critical path for earthwork (A), concrete work (B), finishing work (H), and electronic work (P) was obtained with a total float = 0. In addition, the CPM method obtained a duration that was the result is 364 days while the PERT method is 378 days. Then, the resulting probability percentage value shows that this project was completed in 399 days according to the planning time with a chance of 99.13% on time, in 356 days according to the CPM method of 27.76% on time, and in 378 days according to with the PERT method 72.24% on time.
