      Evaluasi Drainase RW 02 Kelurahan Kotabaru Bekasi Barat Menggunakan EPA SWMM

      Abstract
      Banjir sering kali terjadi di Indonesia, termasuk di Kota Bekasi di Perumahan Harapan Baru 2, Kelurahan Kotabaru, Kecamatan Bekasi Barat, dengan tinggi air mencapai 100 cm. Kejadian ini mengganggu aktivitas warga serta memaksa mereka untuk mengungsi. Evaluasi saluran drainase perlu dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab banjir. Metode analisis hidrologi dan pemodelan menggunakan EPA SWMM 5.2 digunakan untuk menemukan titik-titik banjir dan menghitung kapasitas drainase secara akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab banjir dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Hasil analisis hidrologi menunjukkan bahwa model distribusi hujan Log Pearson III dengan data satelit GPM, periode ulang 5 tahun, dan curah hujan 267,87 mm. Pemodelan SWMM 5.2 melibatkan 30 subcatchment, 126 junction, 168 conduit, dan 1 outfall. Simulasi 24 jam menunjukkan bahwa 5 saluran berwarna merah, dan profil saluran menunjukkan luapan akibat antrian aliran ke Sungai Cakung. Analisis kapasitas menunjukkan debit simulasi sebelum perbaikan mencapai 44,01 m³/detik. Setelah perbaikan, Sungai Cakung dan saluran perumahan berfungsi dengan baik tanpa adanya luapan. Rancangan Anggaran Biaya untuk perbaikan ini mencapai Rp70.634.573.
       
      Flooding is a recurring issue in many parts of Indonesia, including Bekasi. In Harapan Baru 2 Housing Complex, Kotabaru Sub-district, West Bekasi District, floodwaters can reach 100 cm, disrupting daily activities and forcing evacuations. Evaluating the drainage system is crucial to identify the causes of flooding and provide improvement recommendations. Hydrological analysis and modeling with EPA SWMM 5.2 can pinpoint flood points and calculate drainage capacity. This study aims to analyze flooding causes and suggest improvements. Using the Log Pearson III rainfall distribution model with GPM satellite data, a 5-year return period was chosen with 267,87 mm of rainfall. EPA SWMM 5.2 modeling identified 30 subcatchments, 126 junctions, 168 conduits, and 1 outfall. A 24-hour rainfall simulation showed 5 channels in red, signaling overflow. Analysis revealed overflow due to flow queues to the Cakung River. Capacity analysis confirmed this, with pre-improvement simulated discharge and Cakung River capacity reaching 44,01 m³/second. Post-improvement, no overflow or inundation occurred in the Cakung River and residential channels. The estimated budget for these improvements is Rp70.634.573.
