      Analisis Neraca Air Embung Cikabayan IPB University untuk Lahan Pertanian

      Abstract
      Kampus IPB Dramaga yang merupakan kampus pertanian memiliki banyak fasilitas pendukung dalam kegiatan perkuliahannya, salah satu fasilitasnya yaitu kebun percobaan. Embung berfungsi sebagai tempat penyimpanan air yang berlimpah saat musim hujan sehingga membantu mengatasi kekurangan air saat kemarau. Sebelum embung dimanfaatkan sebagai pertanian, perlu dilakukan perhitungan parameter untuk menghitung neraca air, yakni kebutuhan dan ketersediaan air. Ketersediaan air pada Embung Cikabayan dihitung menggunakan metode F.J. Mock. Debit andalan tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Februari, yakni sebesar 0,72 liter/detik. Kebutuhan air irigasi tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Agustus dengan debit sebesar 0,49 liter/detik. Surplus air tertinggi terjadi pada bulan November, yakni sebesar 0,64 liter/detik, sedangkan defisit air tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Agustus dengan besar 0,25 liter/detik. Volume bak penampung direncanakan menggunakan tanki fiberglass sebesar 42 m3 sesuai dengan kebutuhan air irigasi. Untuk perencanaan ini, jenis pipa yang dipilih adalah pipa HDPE dengan diameter 2 inci. Total panjang pipa yang direncanakan adalah 160 meter. Pompa pada sistem perancangan menggunakan tipe Grundfos tipe SP14-6 dengan debit operasional 4,3 liter/detik.
       
      IPB University which is an agricultural campus has many supporting facilities in its lecture activities, one of the facilities is an experimental garden. The pond serves as a storage place for abundant water during the rainy season so that it helps overcome water shortages during the dry season. Before the pond is utilized as agriculture, it is necessary to calculate the parameters to calculate the water balance, namely the need and availability of water. The availability of water in Cikabayan Pond is calculated using the F.J. Mock method. The highest mainstay discharge occurs in February, which is 0.72 l/s. The highest irrigation water demand occurred in August with a discharge of 0.49 liters/second. The highest water surplus occurred in November, which was 0.64 l/s, while the highest water deficit occurred in August with a large 0.25 l/s The volume of the reservoir is planned using a fiberglass tank of 42 m3 in accordance with the irrigation water needs. For this planning, the type of pipe chosen is HDPE pipe with a diameter of 2 inches. The total length of the planned pipe is 160 meters. The pump in the design system uses Grundfos type SP14-6 with an operational discharge of 4.3 l/s.
