      Modul Front-End pada Sistem Penilaian Tingkat Keparahan Area Pasca Kebakaran Hutan dan Lahan

      Abstract
      Kebakaran hutan dan lahan (karhutla) merupakan salah satu fenomena berdampak besar yang sering terjadi di Indonesia, terutama pada musim kemarau. Dalam perumusan program rehabilitasi terhadap area yang terkena dampak karhutla, salah satu informasi yang dibutuhkan adalah tingkat keparahannya. Saat ini, metode penilaian fire severity belum terintegrasi dengan sistem maupun basis data, sehingga informasi hasil penilaiannya belum dapat diakses oleh pihak yang membutuhkannya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan membangun Sistem Penilaian Tingkat Keparahan Area Pasca Kebakaran Hutan dan Lahan, khususnya pada modul front-end. Pembangunan modul front-end dilakukan dengan mengadopsi metode prototyping yang meliputi tahapan komunikasi dengan stakeholder, perencanaan dan pemodelan cepat sistem, konstruksi prototipe, pengujian dan feedback sistem. Fitur utama yang disediakan modul front-end meliputi registrasi akun, login, melihat peta sebaran lokasi area pasca karhutla, menambahkan penilaian karhutla baru, melihat detail data laporan, mengubah data laporan, menghapus data laporan, dan melihat data pengguna. Hasil black- box testing menunjukkan semua fitur utama telah berjalan sesuai dengan ekspektasi. Kelebihan dari modul front-end ini di antaranya fitur pencarian koordinat otomatis, kemampuan membagi penilaian sebuah area karhutla menjadi beberapa plot, fitur untuk memperbaiki kesalahan entri data laporan setelah dibuat, serta performa yang baik. Beberapa rencana perbaikan sistem selanjutnya meliputi penambahan jenis dan modul manajemen pengguna, penambahan fitur filter dan search, serta penambahan mekanisme verifikasi registrasi akun.
       
      Forest and land fire (karhutla) is an impactful phenomenon frequently occurring in Indonesia, especially during the dry season. In formulating a rehabilitation program for areas affected by forest and land fires, one of the information needed is the fire severity level. The fire severity assessment method has not been integrated with any system or database; those who need it cannot access the assessment data. Therefore, this research aims to build a Post Forest and Land Fire Area Severity Level Assessment System, specifically the front-end module. The front-end development is carried out by adopting the prototyping method, which includes the stages of communication with stakeholders, quick system planning and modeling, prototype construction, testing and system feedback. Key features provided by the front-end module include account registration, login, viewing a map of post-fire locations, adding new post fire assessment, viewing detailed report data, modifying report data, deleting report data, and viewing user data. Results from black-box testing show that all key features in the front-end module performed as expected. The advantages of this front-end module include a feature to search for coordinates automatically, abillity to divide a post fire area into multiple plots, a feature to fix incorrect data entries after the report has been made, and a good performance. Plans to fix the system in the next development iteration include adding new user types and a user management module, adding a filter and a search feature, as well as adding an account verification mechanism.
