      Abstract
      Penyusunan tugas akhir merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang diwajibkan bagi mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Ilmu Komputer FMIPA IPB. Pelaksanaan tugas akhir di Program Studi S1 Ilmu Komputer FMIPA IPB melalui beberapa tahap antara lain pengajuan topik dan dosen pembimbing oleh mahasiswa, kolokium, bimbingan tugas akhir, seminar, sidang, dan penerbitan surat keterangan lulus (SKL). Dalam pelaksanaannya, pendaftaran untuk melaksanakan kolokium, seminar, dan sidang masih dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang modul otomasi untuk proses pelaksanaan mata kuliah tugas akhir S1 Ilmu Komputer IPB dengan menggunakan Google Suites sebagai platform untuk mengimplementasikan prototipe yang dibuat. Pembangunan sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode prototyping dengan tahapan komunikasi, perancangan, pemodelan, pembuatan prototipe, dan penyebaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sebuah sistem sederhana dengan dua fitur yaitu fitur menu dashboard dan fitur menu pendaftaran, sehingga diharapkan sistem ini dapat mengoptimalisasi proses pelaksanaan mata kuliah tugas akhir pada Program Studi S1 Ilmu Komputer IPB.
       
      The preparation of the final assignment is one of the activities that is required for students of the Computer Science Study Program, FMIPA IPB. The implementation of the final assignment in the Undergraduate Program in Computer Science, FMIPA IPB, went through several stages including submission of topics and supervisors by students, colloquiums, final assignment guidance, seminars, hearings, and issuance of graduation certificates (SKL). In practice, registration to hold colloquia, seminars and sessions is still done manually. Therefore, this study aims to design an automation module for the process of implementing the IPB Bachelor of Computer Science final assignment course by using Google Suites as a platform to implement the prototypes made. System development is carried out using the prototyping method with the stages of communication, design, modeling, prototyping, and deployment. The results of this study are a simple system with two features, namely the dashboard menu feature and the registration menu feature, so it is expected that this system can optimize the process of implementing the final assignment course in the Bachelor of Computer Science IPB Study Program.
