Hubungan Karakteristik Inovasi dengan Penggunaan Aplikasi Simpeldesa sebagai Media Pelayanan Publik. (Kasus Dusun 4 dan Dusun 5 Desa Cibiru Wetan, Kecamatan Cileunyi, Kabupaten Bandung).

Abstract

Dinamika yang terjadi pada masyarakat karena perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah berdampak pada kehidupan bermasyarakat salah satunya sektor pelayanan publik. Pemanfaatan TIK dalam proses pemerintahan (e- government) merupakan upaya strategis pemerintah dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik. Aplikasi Simpeldesa merupakan inovasi yang digunakan Desa Cibiru Wetan untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam pelayanan publik. Pada penelitian ini peneliti akan menganalisis hubungan karakteristik inovasi dengan penggunaan Aplikasi Simpeldesa dan hubungan penggunaan Aplikasi Simpeldesa dengan kualitas pelayanan publik. Teknik pemilihan responden, yaitu menggunakan metode survei, dengan populasi berjumlah 53 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang nyata antara karakteristik inovasi dengan penggunaan aplikasi Simpeldesa. Terdapat hubungan yang nyata antara penggunaan aplikasi Simpeldesa dengan kualitas pelayanan publik.

The dynamic that occurs in society because of the growth of information and communication technology has impacted social lives, one of them is in the public service sector. The utilization of ICT in government processes (e-government) is a strategic decision of the government in improving the quality of public services. The Simpeldesa application is an innovation used by Cibiru Wetan Village to ease the community in public services. In this study, researcher will analyze the correlation between innovation characteristics and the use of the Simpeldesa Application in Cibiru Wetan Village and the correlation between the use of Simpeldesa Application and the quality of public services. The respondent selection technique is a survey method, with a population of 53 people. The result of this research indicates that there is a significant correlation between the innovation characteristics and the use of the Simpeldesa Application. There is a significant correlation between the use of the Simpeldesa Application and the quality of public services.
