      Abstract
      Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memanfaatkan tepung protein dari dedak padi dan ampas tahu sebagai hasil pemisahan protein serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung protein terhadap sifat fisik, kimia, organoleptik dan mutu protein Bahan Makanan Tambahan (BMT).
