dc.description.abstractKegiatan magang dilaksanakan di Kebun Cikasungka Distrik Jawa Barat Banten KSO PTPN III bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mempelajari manajemen dan teknis pemanenan kelapa sawit di Kebun Cikasungka. Data pengamatan dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif menggunakan persentase dan rata-rata. Manajemen panen kelapa sawit di Afdeling 1 Kebun Cikasungka secara umum sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik terlihat dari beberapa aspek seperti ketersediaan tenaga kerja panen di Afdeling 1 sudah memadai. Rata-rata fruit set sebesar 75,06% dan rata-rata fruit to bunch 69,8%. Beberapa aspek belum optimal sehingga perlu ditingkatkan. Rata-rata kapasitas panen dibawah standar RKAP. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kapasitas panen adalah jam kerja karyawan. Produksi harian yang diperoleh masih belum mampu mencapai taksasi produksi dengan persentase terhadap taksasi 82,42%. Penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) pemanen pada dua kemandoran belum dilakukan secara maksimal.id
dc.description.abstractThe internship activities were carried out at Cikasungka Estate, West Java Banten District, under the management of KSO PTPN III. The purpose was to understand and learn the management and technical aspects of oil palm harvesting at Cikasungka Estate. Observation data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively using percentages and averages. Overall, the oil palm harvesting management in Division 1 of Cikasungka Estate has been operating quite well, as evident from various aspects such as the availability of harvest labor in Division 1, which is sufficient. The average fruit set is 75.06%, and the average fruit-to-bunch ratio is 69.8%. However, there are some aspects that are not optimal and need improvement. The average harvesting capacity falls below the RKAP standard. The most influential factor on harvesting capacity is employee working hours. The daily production obtained has not yet been able to reach the production target, with a percentage of 82.42% of the target. The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by harvesters in two sectors has not been maximized.id
