dc.description.abstractBerkembangnya PT SBI merupakan suatu pencapaian karena karyawan memiliki motivasi kerja yang baik dalam bekerja. Iklim komunikasi organisasi dan budaya organisasi merupakan komponen penting yang dapat memengaruhi motivasi kerja karyawan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim komunikasi organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT SBI menggunakan metode penelitian survei serta pendekatan kuantitatif yang didukung oleh data kualitatif dengan responden berjumlah yang 42 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menemukan motivasi kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi dan tidak dipengaruhi oleh iklim komunikasi organisasi. Secara parsial, seluruh aspek motivasi kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi pada aspek keterlibatan karyawan dan bukan dari aspek kemampuan beradaptasi perusahaan. Motivasi kerja karyawan dipengaruhi iklim komunikasi organisasi pada aspek kebutuhan akan rasa aman ketika karyawan memberikan kepercayaannya, kebutuhan akan pengakuan ketika karyawan berkomitmen kerja terhadap perusahaan, serta kebutuhan sosial ketika karyawan berkomitmen kerja terhadap perusahaan, namun dipengaruhi negatif oleh keterbukaan komunikasi ke bawah. Jadi, sebaiknya informasi diberikan secara personal namun tetap ada forum agar tercipta interaksi antar karyawan.id
dc.description.abstractThe development of PT SBI is an achievement because employees have good work motivation. Organizational communication climate and organizational culture are important components that can influence employee work motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational communication climate and organizational culture on employee work motivation of PT SBI using survey research methods and a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data with 42 employees as respondents. This study found that employee motivation was influenced by organizational culture and not influenced by organizational communication climate. Partially, all aspects of employee motivation are influenced by organizational culture on the employee involvement aspect and not from the company's adaptability aspect. Employee motivation is influenced by the organizational communication climate on the aspect of the need for safety when employees give their trust, the need for recognition when employees are committed to working for the company, and social needs when employees are committed to working for the company, but is negatively affected by downward communication openness. So, it is better if the information is given personally but there is still a forum to create interaction between employees.id
