Hubungan Kinerja Program CSR PT Tirta Investama Subang dengan Tingkat Taraf Hidup Masyarakat ( Kasus Kampung Adat Banceuy, Desa Sanca, Kecamatan Ciater, Kabupaten Subang, Provinsi Jawa Barat)

Abstract

Program CSR dilaksanakan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat, harapannya program CSR meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat. Salah satu perusahaan yang melaksanakan program CSR adalah PT Tirta Investama Subang. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis kinerja program CSR, menganalisis taraf hidup masyarakat setelah adanya program CSR berdasarkan lapisan sosial dan menganalisis hubungan kinerja program CSR dengan taraf hidup masyarakat, dengan pendekatan mix methods. Tahap kuantitatif diperoleh dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan tahap kualitatif dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam. Jumlah responden penelitian 60 responden ditentukan secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hubungan kinerja program CSR dengan taraf hidup masyarakat di Kampung Adat Banceuy memiliki hubungan yang signifikan pada kategori moderat atau cukup kuat antara kedua variabel artinya tingkat kinerja program CSR memiliki dampak cukup kuat terhadap taraf hidup masyarakat di Kampung Adat Banceuy.

The CSR program is implemented in community empowerment, it is hoped that the CSR program will improve people's lives. One of the companies implementing CSR programs is PT Tirta Investama Subang. The aim of the research is to analyze the performance of the CSR program, to analyze the standard of living of the community after the CSR program is based on social strata and to analyze the relationship between the performance of the CSR program and the standard of living of the community, using a mix methods approach. The quantitative stage was obtained by survey method using a questionnaire, while the qualitative stage was carried out by in-depth interviews. The number of research respondents was 60 respondents determined purposively. The results showed that the relationship between the performance of the CSR program and the standard of living of the people in Banceuy Traditional Village had a significant relationship in the moderate category or quite strong between the two variables, meaning that the level of performance of the CSR program had a fairly strong impact on the standard of living of the people in Banceuy Traditional Village.
