dc.description.abstractBioskop merupakan rantai eksibisi Industri Perfilman yang berperan untuk memberi kontribusi bagi ekonomi kreatif Indonesia untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi. Bioskop harus mampu meningkatkan kemampuan unggul bersaing dengan melakukan berbagai strategi salah satunya dengan memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap store image dan kepuasan pelanggan bioskop XYZ. Jenis penelitian merupakan kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan quota sampling serta sumber data sekunder. Penelitian ini dilakukan di bioskop XYZ yang berlokasi di Bogor yang dimulai dari bulan April hingga Juni 2023 dengan responden sejumlah 200 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa store atmosphere tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Namun, store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap kepuasan pelanggan melalui store image. Kemudian, store atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap store image dan store image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.id
dc.description.abstractCinemas as a film exhibition chain within the film industry, played a vital role to contribute to Indonesia's creative economy to support economic growth. Cinemas must enhance their competitive edge by various strategies including customer satisfaction. This study aimed to analyze the impact of store atmosphere on store image and customer satisfaction at XYZ cinema. The research used a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaires using purposive and quota sampling methods, along with secondary data. The study was conducted at XYZ cinema located in Bogor which started from April to June 2023, involving 200 respondents. The data analysis method in this research used descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The result showed that store atmosphere did not directly influence customer satisfaction, yet it had indirect significant effect on customer satisfaction through store image. The store atmosphere also had a significant effect on store image and store image had a significant effect on customer satisfaction.id
