Design of HRD Module in Odoo ERP to Support Digital Transformation in PT Sukaraja Pangan Utama
Abstract
Human resource development is one of the important business domains. In running its HRD activities, PT SPU still uses a manual approach, and the business process is not integrated between its HR activities which cause inefficiency, security problem, and time consumption. With the current technological advance, there is an opportunity to digitalize the HRD business process in PT SPU to overcome the current problems. Therefore to overcome the current problem, the author tries to design and develop an HRD module using an engineering design approach. Based on the author's exploration and problem verification activity, several HR activities still have drawbacks, namely in employee performance appraisal, employee payroll,
records function, and employee training. Based on that problem, 92 functional requirements, 4 non-functional requirements, and 5 user requirements must be fulfilled in the prototype. The results of development are the HR performance appraisal module that is integrated into payroll, accounting, employee modules, and the e-learning module to enhance the learning activity. Based on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), the HRD module is accepted by PT Sukaraja Pangan Utama. To support the HRD digital transformation, there are Standard Operational Procedures to accompany its HRD module implementation.
