      Hubungan Persepsi Mutu Pelayanan Posyandu dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Ibu Bayi dan Balita

      Abstract
      Permasalahan serta isu terkait pelayanan kesehatan publik di Indonesia hingga saat ini masih belum terselesaikan sepenuhnya. Pemerintah terus berupaya mengatasi permasalahan ini, salah satunya melalui posyandu. Keberlanjutan atau efektivitas posyandu sebagai kelembagaan lokal dipengaruhi oleh faktor kepuasan masyarakat dalam hal ini ibu bayi dan balita. Salah satu faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pelayanan adalah persepsi sebagai cara untuk mengevaluasi peran posyandu. Sementara itu, persepsi pun dapat terbentuk dari budaya setempat masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan persepsi mutu pelayanan posyandu dengan tingkat kepuasan ibu bayi dan balita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan di antara kedua variabel yaitu persepsi dengan tingkat kepuasan ibu bayi dan balita pada 5 dimensi persepsi yang terdiri dari dimensi tangibles (bukti fisik), reliability (kehandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), dan empathy (perhatian)
       
      Problems and issues related to public health services in Indonesia have not been fully resolved. The government continuously overcome this problem, one of the solution is through posyandu. The sustainability and effectiveness of posyandu as a local institution was being influenced by community satisfaction factors, in this case the mothers and toddlers. One of the service satisfaction’s factor is a perception to evaluate the role of posyandu. Meanwhile, perceptions can also be formed from the local culture of the community. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between perceptions of posyandu service’s quality and level of satisfaction of mothers and toddlers. The results of the study show that there was a significant correlation between the two variables, namely perceptions and the level of satisfaction of mothers of infants and toddlers on 5 perception dimensions consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy.
