dc.description.abstract | This paper aims to reveal the inequality gender labourer of women in the industrial factory, which based on four indicators of work condition. There are wage employment, the status of workers, job security, and assurance given by the family company. Inequality gender that occurs between male workers and women in the factory, will be seen again how big the impact on the welfare of his family. Research paper results show that women's access to labourer to get the wages and status of the workers who remain more limited than for mens, which is caused by various factors, such as the high gender stereotypes attached to the labourer and the company.
