dc.description.abstract | Kacang hijau merupakan tanaman legum yang telah dikenal secara luas di
Indonesia karena kandungan proteinnya tinggi dan mudah dicerna, kadar
lemaknya yang rendah, serta memiliki berbagai manfaat bagi kehidupan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang daya hasil 22 galur
kacang hijau IPB. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2022 hingga
Maret 2023 di Kebun Percobaan Balai Penelitian Bioteknologi dan Sumberdaya
Genetik Pertanian, Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini terdiri dari satu faktor yaitu 22
genotipe kacang hijau IPB dan dua varietas pembanding. Rancangan percobaan
yang digunakan yaitu rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak dengan 3 ulangan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang nyata antara genotipe yang
diuji. Genotipe yang memiliki produktivitas yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan
dengan genotipe pembanding secara deskriptif diantaranya F7-Lom2/129-2, F7-
Lom2/129-28, F7-VR10/V1-6, F7-VR10/V1-10, F7-VR10/V1-29, F6-
VR422H/129-1, F5-Lom2/129-125, F6-VR480B-213, dan F6-Lom2/V2-6. | id |
dc.description.abstract | Mung bean is a legume crop that is widely known in Indonesia because of
its high protein content and ease of digestion, low-fat content, and various
benefits for life. This study aims to obtain information about the yield of 22 IPB
mung bean lines. This research was conducted from November 2022 to March
2023 at the Experimental Garden of the Agricultural Genetic Resources and
Biotechnology Research Institute, Bogor City. This study consisted of one factor,
namely 22 IPB mung bean genotypes, and two control varieties. The experimental
design used was a randomized complete block design with 3 replications. The
results showed that there were significant differences between the genotypes
tested. The genotypes that had higher productivity compared to the comparative
varieties descriptively included F7-Lom2/129-2, F7-Lom2/129-28, F7-VR10/V1-6,
F7-VR10/ V1-10, F7-VR10/V1-29, F6-VR422H/129-1, F5-Lom2/129-125, F6-
VR480B-213, and F6-Lom2/V2-6. | id |
