dc.description.abstractPandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan terbatasnya aktivitas kerja di kantor. Keadaan tersebut membuat terjadinya perubahan gaya hidup pekerja termasuk kebiasaan makan dan aktivitas fisik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menganalisis perbedaan kebiasaan makan dan aktivitas fisik pekerja saat WFH dan WFO selama pandemi Covid-19 beserta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara online melalui Google form. Data kebiasaan makan subjek diambil melalui kuesioner kebiasaan makan yang terdiri atas tiga belas butir pertanyaan data aktivitas fisik subjek diambil menggunakan kuesioner GPAQ. Kebiasaan frekuensi makan per hari, sarapan, konsumsi buah, sayur dan susu lebih tinggi di masa WFH (p<0,05). Kebiasaan konsumsi minuman manis, teh dan/atau kopi, fast food, dan minuman beralkohol lebih tinggi di masa WFO (p<0,05). Tingkat aktivitas fisik subjek lebih tinggi di masa WFH namun tidak berbeda secara signifikan (p>0,05). Usia, jenis kelamin, dan status gizi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan beberapa kebiasaan makan saat WFH dan WFO. Pendidikan terakhir hanya memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan beberapa kebiasaan makan saat WFH (p<0,05). Jenis kelamin memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan tingkat aktivitas fisik subjek saat WFH (p<0,05).id
dc.description.abstractCovid-19 pandemic led to limited work activities in the office. This situation resulted in changes in workers' lifestyles, including their dietary habits and physical activity. This study aims to analyze workers' differences in dietary habits and physical activity during work-from-home (WFH) and work-from-office (WFO) periods during Covid-19 pandemic, along with the influencing factors. Data collection was conducted online through Google form. Subjects' dietary habits were collected through 13-item questionnaire. While the subjects' physical activity was obtained using GPAQ. The frequency of daily meals, breakfast, fruit consumption, vegetable consumption, and milk consumption were higher during WFH period (p<0,05). The consumption of sweet beverages, tea or coffee, fast food, and alcoholic beverages was higher during WFO period (p<0,05). The subjects' physical activity level was higher during WFH period but not significantly different (p>0,05). Age, gender, and nutritional status were significantly associated with some dietary habits during WFH and WFO periods. The highest level of education was only significantly associated with particular eating habits during the WFH period (p<0,05). Gender was significantly associated with the subject's physical activity level during the WFH period (p<0,05).id
