Kinerja dan efektivitas program pendidikan gratis lembaga swadaya masyarakat Gugah Nurani Indonesia di Desa Cileuksa Bogor

Abstract

Efektivitas program merupakan salah satu dimensi dari produktivitas yang mengarah kepada pencapaian kerja yang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja LSM Gugah Nurani Indonesia. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui efektivitas program pendidikan gratis dan hubungan antara kinerja LSM tersebut dengan efektivitas program pendidikan gratis. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kinerja LSM dikategorikan sangat baik pada elemen visi, misi, dan tujuan; elemen tata laksana; elemen administrasi; elemen program; serta elemen legitimasi. Berdasarkan efektivitasnya, program pendidikan gratis ini dinilai efektif oleh responden. Hasil uji korelasi menyatakan bahwa hubungan antara kinerja LSM dengan efektivitas program pendidikan gratis diketahui berhubungan lemah dan searah.

The effectiveness of the program is one of the dimensions of productivity that leads to the maximum work. This research aims to knowing performance of LSM Gugah Nurani Indonesia. Besides, this research also aims to knowing the effectiveness of education scholarship and to knowing the relationship between the performances of the NGO with the effectiveness of education scholarship. Result of this research shows the performance of the NGO are very good on the vision, mission, and goal elements; governance elements; elements administration; elements of the program; and legitimacy elements. Based on its effectiveness, education scholarship is considered effective by respondents.
