dc.description.abstract | Sate Taichan is plain white satay meat seasoned with salt, lime, and served
with chili sauce. Along with the increasing interest of buyers and the mushrooming
of the Taichan satay business, the business competition is getting sharper. Therefore
it is necessary to analyze the financial feasibility of one of the Taichan satay
businesses. This study aims to determine the feasibility of processing livestock
products in the Sate Taichan Bang Malik business by looking at financial and non-
financial aspects. This research is also expected to provide alternative solutions to
overcome the problems faced by Sate Taichan Bang Malik business owners. The
method used in this study uses three methods namelyBreak Event Point, Benefit
Cost Ratio, and Analysis SWOT. The results showed that the BEP value reached the
break even point. MarkB/C Ratio in the Sate Taichan Bang Malik effort of more
than 1 (> 1), it is concluded that this business is quite feasible to develop. Analysis
resultsSWOT matrixcan be used as a strategy in developing this business. | id |
