      Sintesis dan Karakterisasi Stronsium Titanat dengan Variasi Konsentrasi Pendadah Bismuth (III) Asetat (Bi(CH3COO)3)

      Abstract
      Telah berhasil dilakukan Sintesis Stronsium Titanat (SrTiO3) didadah Bismuth Asetat (Bi(CH3COO)3) dengan variasi konsentrasi pendadah 0%; 0,5%; 1%; dan 1,5%. Larutan konsentrasi ditetesi diatas substrat silikon (Si 100) tipe-P dengan metode chemical solution deposition (CSD) dan teknik spin coating. Film yang telah jadi dilanjutkan proses annealing dengan kenaikan suhu 1,67oC/menit dan ditahan pada suhu 850oC selama 8 jam lalu didinginkan pada suhu kamar selama 12 jam. Proses selanjutnya film ditimbang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan metode volumetrik untuk mencari ketebalan film tipis. Ketebalan yang diperoleh yaitu 3,904725 μm, 4,295197 μm, 4,68567 μm, 5,076142 μm. Hasil analisis sifat optik dengan fungsi Kubelka-Munk untuk direct transition didapatkan band gap 3,463686 - 3,566327 eV. Uji XRD yang dianalisis menggunakan Metode Cramer-Cohen menghasilkan parameter kisi (a=b=c) yaitu 3,835 Å, 3,837 Å, 3,909 Å, 3,913 Å dengan struktur kristal kubus.
       
      Has been successfully Synthesis of Strontium Titanate (SrTiO3) in Bismuth Asetat (Bi(CH3COO)3) with variant concentrations of 0%; 0.5%; 1%; and 1.5%. The concentrated solution was dripped onto a P-type silicon (Si 100) substrate using the chemical solution deposition (CSD) method and spin coating technique. The film was continued annealing process with an increase in temperature of 1.67oC/minute and held at 850oC for 8 hours and then cooled at room temperature for 12 hours. The next process is that the film is weighed and then proceed with the volumetric method to find the thickness of the thin film. The thicknesses obtained were 3.904725 μm, 4.295197 μm, 4.68567 μm, 5.076142 μm. The results of the analysis of optical properties with the Kubelka-Munk function for the direct transition obtained a band gap of 3.463686 - 3.566327 eV. The XRD test analyzed using the Cramer-Cohen method yielded lattice parameter (a=b=c) namely 3.835 Å, 3.837 Å, 3.909 Å, 3.913 Å with a cubic crystal structure.
