The Bening Academic Business Unit (SUA) needs to improve food safety because people prefer packaged drinking water products that are of good quality and meet the requirements. To support this, SUA Bening as an AMDK producer must be able to apply the applicable GMP guidelines for the industry. In addition, SUA Bening requires a GMP certificate in applying for SNI AMDK. The
implementation of GMP in SUA Bening is already 85.5% in accordance with the guidelines listed in PERMENPERIN no. 75 of 2010 concerning Guidelines for Good Processed Food Production. There were as many as And found a total of 8
problems with important categories that require major repairs. Problems with these categories have been analyzed using a fishbone diagram to find the causal factors so that suggestions for improvements can be made to SUA Bening. The 8 proposed improvements presented in this report are… Satuan Usaha Akademik (SUA) Bening perlu meningkatkan keamanan pangan karena masyarakat lebih memilih produk air minum dalam kemasan yang berkualitas baik dan memenuhi persyaratan. Untuk menunjang hal tersebut, SUA Bening sebagai produsen AMDK harus menerapkan GMP yang berlaku untuk industri tersebut. Selain itu, SUA Bening memerlukan sertifikat GMP dalam mengajukan permohonan SNI AMDK. Penerapan GMP pada SUA Bening sudah 85.5% sesuai dengan pedoman yang tercantum pada PERMENPERIN no.75 tahun 2010 tentang Pedoman Cara Produksi Pangan Olahan yang Baik. Ada sebanyak 8 permasalahan dengan kategori penting yang memerlukan perbaikan. Permasalahan dengan kategori tersebut telah dianalisis dengan diagram fishbone untuk mendapati faktor penyebab sehingga dapat dihasilkan usulan perbaikan pada SUA Bening.
